Your first show at Ruoff Music Center? You’re in for a night you won’t forget. From tailgating in the parking lot to that moment the lights go down, it’s all part of the experience.
Here’s everything you need to know before you go, so you can spend less time stressing and more time singing.
Ruoff uses mobile entry only. Before you leave home:
The Box Office is open on show days starting at noon and Fridays from noon to 5 p.m. once the season begins, if you need in-person assistance.
Parking lots open one hour before the scheduled gate time. Gates typically open 60–90 minutes before showtime, but always double-check your specific event page to confirm.
Want to upgrade your arrival and exit? Consider Premier Parking or VIP Parking for easier access.
Getting dropped off? Use Rideshare Gate 2A, located just north of the intersection of Boden/146th Street. Pro tip: If you’re picking someone up, arrive about 45 minutes before the show ends to avoid heavy traffic.
