When is the box office open?
Due to the ongoing global pandemic, and to protect the health and safety of our guests and venue staff members, the box office at Ruoff Music Center will be open on-day-of-show only. If you’d like to purchase tickets, check out the lineup on www.livenation.com. If you’re looking to obtain a refund for a show that was either canceled, postponed, or rescheduled, go to www.livenation.com/refund for more information.


What payment types are accepted?
The Box Office accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.


What are the Will Call rules?
Tickets may be picked up beginning 2 hours prior to showtime at the Taco Bell Box Office Will Call Window. Customers must have: the actual credit card used to place the order, a picture ID, and the order confirmation number.


What are the parking options at Ruoff Music Center?
Parking is included when the tickets are purchased. Premier Parking is also available for $30.00-$50.00 and can be purchased thru Ticketmaster. Premier Parking provides parking within close proximity to the main ticket gates as well as a dedicated exit route for a speedy start to your drive home.

What are the general rules of Ruoff Music Center?
Food and water ARE permitted on most show days. Food must be in a clear plastic bag, up to one gallon in size. Water containers must be clear, sealed, or empty, and can be no larger than 1 liter. All items are subject to inspection. Lawn chairs with seat bottoms no taller than 9 inches off the ground, such as beach chairs or sand chairs, are permitted at selected shows. Please call on the day of the show you are attending to confirm our policy. Camera Policy: The camera policy for events tends to vary artist to artist. For most events, personal cameras and small digital cameras are permitted and professional cameras (any camera with a detachable lens or a zoom lens longer than 2” long) are not permitted. Are children allowed?
Children 2 and under are admitted free on a parent's lap or on the lawn, unless otherwise stated.
